ADMISSION PROCESS

Procedures for Prospective Students

Every prospective student/pupil must fill an application form online or pick up the form from the front desk and pay the sum of Twenty thousand naira.

ONLINE APPLICATION

i. Visit our online application page APPLY NOW.

ii. Complete the form and attach the following documents;

• Statement of Last Result/Academic Report Card
• Birth Certificate/Passport Data Page
• Applicant’s Character Testimonial from former school
• Payment Teller or notification if available (or you can pay at the bank after submitting the application)

iii.  Submit 2 passport photographs to the front desk officer

OFFLINE APPLICATION

Visit our front office to obtain the forms. You can follow any of the payment options above.

Completed application forms must be submitted with the following additional documents:

•   2 recent Passport Photographs (not more than 6 months old)
•   Photocopy of Candidate’s Birth Certificate or Passport Data Page
•   The last/most recent Academic Report Card from your child’s former school
•   Applicant’s Character Testimonial from former school

ASSESSMENT TEST AND CUT-OFF SCORE

There are written and oral assessments for all pupils/students, depending on the class. 55% is our pass mark. Students/pupils that score below this may not be admitted into the class applied into but may be advised on the appropriate class, depending on the overall grade. Kindergarten pupils are only tested orally.

Successful candidates will be informed via sms, email or phone call.

A provisional letter of admission is issued for collection.

Acceptance slip signed and returned with all required documents.

Payments are made to designated banks and via POS on school premises.

Accounts department receives the bank slip/draft and issues a receipt.

The receipt is very important so please keep it safe.
